In short, the tube shell and the cover plate are placed in alignment and pressed by the pressure rod. After applying a certain pressure, the electrode wheel rolls and discharges to generate heat, which makes the tube shell and the cover plate hot melt welding.
Specifically, after the microelectronic chips, optoelectronics, sensors, circuit boards and other components are placed in the base of the metal or ceramic tube shell, in order to ensure that the chips and other devices inside the lumen are protected from oxidation after encapsulation, and the normal operation of the internal chips and other devices is not affected by changes in external conditions, the sealed device needs to be vacuumed to reduce the humidity and oxygen molecule content in the lumen of the device.At the same time, the inert gas nitrogen is filled during the sealing and welding process to protect the device.Then add the cover plate to make the roller electrode of the equipment press against the metal cover plate to be encapsulated and the metal frame on the tube and shell, and use the principle of resistance welding to make one current flow through the cover plate, while the other current flows through the tube and shell. Since the two currents will produce a lot of heat, the metal at the contact is molten. Under the pressure of the roller motor, the tube shell and the tube cap form a series of solder joints, and the sealing and welding trajectory looks like a seam, so that the tube shell and the cover plate are closely combined to form an airtight welding.
