Automatic De-lidder HC-ADL320

The automatic de-lidder is suitable for the devices with square, round or irregular shaped metal lids, such as photoelectric device, TR component, hybrid circuit device, optical communication device, quartz-crystal oscillator and so on. De-lidding is non-destructive, and the de-lidder can be used for re-sealing of the lid after rework.

    Cutting tool for de-lidding: 

    In professional de-lidding method, there are no particles and debris falling into the device by using professional high-speed two helix milling tools with TiN coated, not causing damage to the internal device.

    The device can be de-lidded multiple times. The base can be reused.

    Fixed method: 

    The lid of the product is fixed upward. The lid is maintained in contacted with inner wall of the shell, and the de-lidder is installed with professional cleaning and vacuum-absorbing equipment to avoid particles entering the chamber
