Structural advantage:
It adopts high-precision imported two-way screw and double linear bearing guide mechanism to build a symmetrical motion mechanism of the X-direction electrode pressure rod, which has excellent motion-guided rigidity and repeatable positioning accuracy of ±0.01mm.;
The welding downward pressure is achieved by balancing the lever mechanism and the self-resetting cylinder. The control of the sealing and welding pressure adopts closed-loop pressure control. The high-precision pressure sensor at the inlet of the cylinder that controls the pressure is used to monitor the pressure changes in real time. At the same time, the pressure changes are automatically adjusted to stabilize the pressure output.
The welded Y-axis mobile platform adopts imported precision ball screws and guide rail sliders to build a mobile module, and the repeat positioning accuracy can reach ±0.01mm;
The pressure structure of the cylinder lever electrode has a good tolerance for the height of the tube and shell, and the height error range of the tube and shell is within ±1mm, and the height of the tube and shell can be adapted by itself.;
The welding rotary platform is built using high-precision servo DDR, which can perform high-precision rotary positioning, and the repeat positioning accuracy can reach ±6arcsec.;

Technical matters:
In order to maintain good air tightness and good sealing and welding effect, it is necessary to choose the correct device base and cover material.For parallel sealing and welding, the base and cover materials of the device should be selected with low thermal conductivity materials, in order to avoid the transfer of heat from the welding surface to the surrounding area during the sealing and welding process.
The thickness of the general cover plate is 0.1mm, which is a commonly used cover plate.According to different usage conditions and sealing requirements, some of the cover plates are relatively thick, and as the cover plate thickens, the formula process needs to increase the heating time of a single pulse during welding, and the current amplitude does not need to be adjusted if the thickness does not change much.
When welding small-size pipe and shell, the pressure rod cannot be used for positioning. If you need to ensure high production efficiency, you need to be equipped with an electric welding machine for pre-welding treatment. The pre-welding treatment will not affect the internal sealing effect.
For large-size tube and shell welding, unilateral welding will slightly increase the contact resistance of the electrode wheel as the welding progresses. At this time, the welding current amplitude needs to be reduced to ensure the sealing and welding effect.
When welding, the surface of the welded tube shell and cover plate is required to be free of dirt to prevent the electrode wheel from igniting and damaging the electrode wheel.
The sealing and welding pressure is also a very critical parameter. The greater the sealing and welding pressure, the smaller the contact resistance between the welding surfaces, and the higher the heat consumed by the welding of the contact surfaces; the smaller the welding pressure, the greater the contact resistance between the welding surfaces, and the lower the heat consumed by the welding of the contact surfaces.
The leakage rate of the device after parallel sealing and welding must meet the leakage rate standards of the airtight package specified in the national military standard GJB548A-96 and MILSTD-883F.
