The de-lidder is used for the devices with square metal lids, such as photoelectric device, hybrid circuit device, optical communication device, quartz-crystal oscillator and so on. De-lidding is non-destructive, and the de-lidder can be used for re-sealing of the lid after rework.

                        The de-lidder is used for the devices with square metal lids, such as photoelectric device, hybrid circuit device, optical communication device, quartz-crystal oscillator and so on. De-lidding is non-destructive, and the de-lidder can be used for re-sealing of the lid after rework.

                    Dimension of devices: length 5mm-145mm,height 20mm(Other dimensions can be customized). Depth of precision cutting: 0.01mm-0.4mm. Width of precision cutting: 0.01mm-5mm. Time of typical de-lidding: about 2-5 minutes (it depends on the packing form and the size of device). Powe supply: 220V/10A, 50/60Hz. Dimension of de-lidder: 700mm*700mm*370mm (length*width*height).

                    Control Method: The de-lidder is controlled by PLC, driven by precision servo and programmed to control the process parameters. The range of feed speed can be set is 0.5mm/s-10mm/s. It is linear movement and de-lidding precisely with no vibration, no impact and no damage. Cutting Tool for De-lidding: In professional de-lidding method, there are no particles and debris falling into the device by using professional high-speed two helix milling tools with TiN coated, not causing damage to the internal device. The Times of De-lidding: The device can be de-lidded multiple times. The base can be reused. Fixed Method: The lid of the product is fixed downward. The lid is maintained in contacted with inner wall of the shell and the de-lidder is installed with professional cleaning and vacuum-absorbing equipment to avoid particles entering
